Keep growing. Keep challenging yourself.

Tips and tricks for small business owners and social media managers

Are you ready for new adventures in your business?

It’s easy as a business owner to slip into a place of routine.

Isn’t that what we want. For life to feel “anticipated” or “normal”?

Perhaps. But I would venture to say that the norm never got you to that next thing. Right?!

Think back to the last time you hit a big break through. A moment in your business or life where you saw NEW and EXCITING things happen. Tell me, did that happen because you were maintaining the status quo? Did you see new adventures when you were just going through the motions?

OR was it a time when you were putting yourself out there? Trying new things? Making yourself vulnerable?

I would venture to say that the MAJORITY of those seasons were preceded by you taking a risk and putting your energy into something new.

Now, does that mean it always pans out or results in big things happening? NOPE! I have had plenty of times I’ve given a new thing shot and it just hasn’t resulted in anything of import. BUT when I have seen this type of growth EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. it was in a season where I was putting myself out there. Trying a NEW thing.

So…what does that mean for you? If you are in a place where you are just going through the motions or never really giving a new approach a chance, I want to be the first to say IT’S TIME! You need to put yourself out there and say YES to the thing that is uncomfortable or even scares you.

I can also say that even if that scary thing doesn’t end in the results you hope for it’s still not lost. Every new venture IS something gained (and you know what they say about NOTHING ventured). So even a “failure” is still feedback and more information than you had before.

Each month, I send a monthly challenge to my email list. It’s a way for them to focus for ONE month on trying something new. It’s not always HUGE, but it is always SOMETHING.

So if YOU are ready to start challenging yourself in your business AND giving new adventures a try, then YOU need to be on the list.

Click that button below to say YES to a new adventure and promise YOURSELF to give it a try each month.
